The Skeins of Love Ministry is a heartfelt group of individuals who come together to use their talents of crocheting and knitting to bring comfort and support to those in need, whether it be physical or emotional.

The ministry is made up of members from various local churches who are dedicated to making a difference in their community. While their work has reached a global audience, their primary focus is on addressing local needs.

The ministry creates a wide range of handcrafted items, including prayer shawls, lap quilts, baby blankets, prayer squares of various sizes, walker caddies, chemo hats, scarves, NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) hats, worry worms, preemie mother-baby bonding squares, fidget squares, cup cozies, baby loveys, and fingerless gloves. The Skeins group also provides crochet hooks, knitting needles, and yarn for those who want to participate.

The group meets every Thursday in the Fellowship Classroom of the Cornelia United Methodist Church from 10:00AM to 12:00PM.

This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals to come together and contribute to a meaningful cause.
